She works not only as an ADHD coach, but also a personal nutrition consultant and behavior interventionist in the lower mainland.
An incident in Karen’s life several years ago inspired Karen to delve into research on children, youth and adults afflicted with ADHD. Her son, being diagnosed with ADHD at a young age, struggled with conventional ADHD treatment so Karen took it upon herself to work on a treatment plan which included diet, nutrition, supplements and easy coping strategies to keep his ADHD at bay. She now works with parents, teachers and coaches regularly on effective ways on living and coping with ADHD.
